Hey, i reinstalled the system. without pressing F5 this time. Now there are 2 CPUs. Dunno what the problem was. BUT: When running the MultiMedia benchmark with Sandra Lite 2005 it shows only one FPU (1xFPU). Comparing with an Dual P3 500 (4xFPU???) the BP6 Combo scores VERY low (1400 vs 7000 I think...

May this be the problem? I see only one CPU in devicemanager or taskmanager (there should be 2 different diagrams, on...

366: SL36C or SL35S. Any experiences???
HI, i had in mind, that when i used to had the bp6 with two cellys on it (366), it was the SL36C series, that went better on overclocking. Now i bought the stuff again. I have a BP6, one SL35S and one SL36C. The 36C wont run at all at 550, the 35S did so at the first try. What do you know, which ser...

My 366 won´t reach 550MHz
Hi, I Have a BP6 with 2 533 celerons running fine. I bought a 366 SL36C, but i won´t get it to run at 550 FSB100. Socket 1 or 2 no difference. When I give 2,3V in Bios an choose 104FSB, the Bios prompts celeron 550 but crashes after a while. I once had that combo (board and 2 cellys), and i remember...

hi, ok, another question: is it possible to run a celeron 1300 FCPGA 2 (what does that 2 stand for?) on the BP6 with mods and adaptors of course. This should be the last Tully Celeron with fsb 100. Would that work? And am I right that on the VP6 there would be the P3 1133MHz the fastest 133FSB CPU a...

Hi, i think i have sentimental issues on that board since i once had ist. but the limitation on 768MB of RAM and the work to get faster CPUs run is too much. I´m looking for a VP6, 2GB RAM and 2xthe maximum of CPU possible and ive got a good dual machine for video encoding and just "Dual testing". I...

VP6 vs. BP6
Hi,
why not using the VP6? It supports FCPGa Chips an 133FSB without any mods. Is there a major disadvantage with that board?
thanx,
Marqus

Hi davd_bob, thanx. So first of all: Is there any modification I HAVE TO do before starting anything more than 2 366cels on the BP6. I mean, for using 2 366cels, i won´t have to change anything, right? The first need to mod the board is when i try to use a)coppermines, tullys or their Celeron pendan...

What CPU is max officially or testet supported by BP6???
Hi, i once had a rocksolid BP6 with 2x366@560Mhz. Can you tell me what CPU is nowadays supported by the BP6 with no problem. Do not want to overclock. Are there big differences between PCB revisions? If yes, what Rev. is the one to buy? What was the "biggest" Intel CPU for S370 @FSB 100? Does anyone...
