Can I use larger DIMM modules than 256Mb???
According to this site you can: http://www.wh20.tu-dresden.de/~magu/pc.html This site is in german but look at the specs for the BP6. 1024Mb of RAM. That means that atleast one module is 512Mb in size. if that is true then it's very good :) According to Abit the BP6 mobo will only do a total of 768M...

Hmm... that is really wierd you guys got all those problems with the C-mine to work on BP6 in single mode. I've got orginal board with no modifications made(except for a couple of broken Caps) and single P3-800MHz@882MHz(110MHz FSB, 1.70V), and can almost boot to WindowsXP at 992MHz(124MHz FSB, 1.90...
