Did anyone knows if the bp6 boot in corest oder if I had 2 controlers cards, I mean 1 SCSI (or SATA) and 1 ATA133, so did the system boot on the SCSI (or SATA) or on the ATA133, or did he check the both card in order to look for an system Disk ???

in fact explorer.exe hangs as soon as I insert a removable media like DVD, CD-ROM, external HDD (usb or FW) ... each time i connect such material explorer.exe simply "reboot" ...

So you say that you can use th HPT366 controler if you don't boot the system on it .... This could be a good alternative ! I réinstall my system for the 3rd time yesterday evening (always GMT Time :D ), and with the GF2 GTS and HDD on the standard IDE port, it seems to be stable ... will see ! Seeya...
