InactiveX (love that name),
I finally loaded PhotoShop. I'm not familiar with it. I couldn't find the paint bucket,
so I used the Fill option under the Edit menu. It did NOT lock up. Is that the correct procedure?
Thanks,

Got my board back yesterday. They changed ALL the large caps including, unfortunately, my RatShack Vtt Cap. It's little again. Vtt was rock solid in Bios at 1.50v, now fluctuating again like the old days. Anyway put everything back together and power up. Posts, but when windows is just about to star...

I just followed Headseed's (thanks again headseed) link and called them up. The abit guy said it would be easier to use their website, so I did. I was going to leave the link, but their site has been unaccesible the past few days. Their RMA dept phone number is 1-510-492-0882. Tell them BP6 + bad ca...

Thanks for the headsup (sorry, I just had to say that:)
My BP6 has some bulgings caps, and was getting more and more
unstable. Finally had to take the FSB down to 66 from 100.
Sending it in tomorrow, hope they'll do a good job.

Thanks Derek,
I put in a Nvidea FX5200 to tide me over, with no problems.
I'll try the AIW in a friends machine, and if it doesn't work there,
I guess I'll try to talk to ATI. How did you exchange yours?

Best drivers for Radeon AIW8500 in XP ?

From the thread: http://www.bp6.com/board/viewtopic.php?t=1158&start=25 I'm having terrible problems (lock ups, garbled desktop etc.) I was wondering what drivers people were using with an All-In-Wonder Radeon 8500DV. I'm using XP Pro w/ 2 360 celly's @ 550 and a 300 watt PC Power + Cooling PS. Than...

I've got a AIW 8500DV and it has video out and in (S-video, composite and firewire). I could be wrong but all the Radeon AIW have video (s-vid and composite) out and in.

ATI on BP6

Derek, Sorry to take so long to get back. I only have a 300 watt PS but is a PC Power and Cooling. I went back to Nvidea, but got a MX440. No problems with BP6 stability, but it was as slow as my old GeForce1 SDR. Turns out it had only SDR ram. (Do they still make this stuff?) Anyway I got a AIW 8500...

How did you fit a 9700 into a BP6? I though it was a AGP x4/x8, with a different type connector than the BP6 would accept.

What about stability?

I was using the original GeForce 256 SDR for almost 4 years with no problems until it died. Now I have a Sapphire Radeon 9000 and it reboots about once a day (I changed videos bio cacheable, etc. in BP6 bios, any other suggestions?). ATI might be the best now but for a 2 cpu system, I think I might ...

Yeah, but this card was less than $40 and does 80 Mbytes/sec (when it works). Anyway I pulled all the other PCI cards out, disconnected the HPT drive, a USB device and (gasp) a CPU . I changed the Delayed Transaction and the PNP flags in the BIOS and tried the SCSI card in all the slots. This card a...

MyHD TV Tuner card and PCI voltage

Does the BP6 support PCI 3.3V, also specified as PCI 2.2 compliance or is it 5.0 v only? I want to get a MyHD TV Tuner card, but it it's a 3.3 volt card, and I'm thinking the BP6 has a 5.0 volt pci bus. Couldn't find the info in the manual or with the search function.
Thanks ,
