I have the same problem- no luck waking it up from standby. Tried a 3com 3c905cx-tx-M (managable), and a realtek; both work in other systems. Cable is connected, connection led stays on, bios set to wake on lan etc. It just doesn't wake up. Would it make sense to try different bioses? Did *anyone* g...

They work well with BP6FSB too. I have no other fans yet, as the case is still open :) Looking at that- my first idea was to use the Spire fans as case fans, and nothing on the heatsinks. But the connector cables are too short to try. At the moment I have to many flat cables around that block air fl...

Thanks for you tip, much appreciated. I'll take the board out the case anyway, and reserved half a day.. no rushing. How did you align the clips? Large clip part (the hinge) on the outsides? My case is a tower, so the board will be vertical. I'm thinking of supporting the heatsinks, I expect them to...

I'm gonna try this: http://www.bp6.com/board/viewtopic.php? ... highlight=
And see what happens without the fans, or make them temp controlled

Underclocking a celly 433?
I was thinking of having a go on passive cooling of my dual 433 on the bp6. I don't really need all processing power, as its used as server only, and idling most of the time. Giving that the mulitplier is locked, and bus speed is already 66 Mhz, is there any way to underclock those CPU's to cool the...
