don't know what the local name would be but we have stores Dick Smith Electronics Jaycar that do small electronic parts for kit builders. of my 5 boards, one has played up. the TV repair shop changed the EC10 but only for a 1000 uf capacitor. it still fluctuates some, but the board doesn't reset any...
