It would seem to me to make a lot more sense to just buy pair of 366's and OC them. At $6.00 a piece it's kind of a no brainer.

I prefer Intel they simply OC better then AMD's. Intel has always been more conservative with binning their CPU's. And now with Hyper threading Intel really blows the AMD out of the water running SETI. My P4 2.8C does 2 WU's in the same time my AMD 2800+ does one!

I think I may have found a solution to this problem. I can get the old SyQuest SparQ 1 Gigabyte drives for 25 bucks a piece. They won't be fast but who cares. SETI isn't all that dependant on drive speed is it?
