Curious....I cannot find yosh's s spec number on intels site. I've tried both...maybe I got ripped off on my 1.2 and it is fried or maybe it is my video card...may try to find a pci video card....or maybe it only works w/ the 1.4's

OK my lin lin was the same as yours....default when I got it, I changed the neo to 133 from 100 and still no luck I even tried 66 on the neo and nothing.

Any ideas still anyone...

so does this mean you don't want the two 400's anymore?

If you are using the onboard controller 366 I would 1st get a promise card and bypass that to see if that works, Easiest solution I feel and since I abandoned that I don't get lock ups any more

aha....I left the neo jumped at 100 and the lin lin jumped for a fcpga to fcpga 2 which is the way it was jumped when I got it.... I will try jumping the neo to 133 and leaving the lin lin as is. If it is not too much touble would you mind taking a picture of the jumpers on your lin lin and posting ...

I am already using the roby bios.....i don't even get that far. I don't even see my 1st screen which seems to be the video card bios screen under the cele 400's

thats what I am trying and no go so far...waiting for some help or ideas?

I just tried your hack and all I get is a blank screen when I power on no beeps nothing. Put cele 400 back in and boots fine. I tried both sockets etc what am I missing? any ideas?

Well just got my neo and plugged that in to the socket, lin lin into neo and 1.2 int lin lin...power on no beeps no video nada nothing. Can I use this Bios with my current dual cele 400's? So you don't ask why I s/b getting my new tualatin 1.2, neo and lin lin to try this upgrade and would just soon get the bios done while I wait.

what bios are you using?......check bottom of screen as it boots...is it RU?

Lose the HPT and get a promise card to run those drives...I gaurantee your problems will be solved, By the way are they not 100's anyways. Also get the bios that loses the hpt bios screen and you'll get faster boots.

Great.... that dang screen is finally gone thanks. and it easily made my boot 40 seconds faster
