Use this program to kill the master boot record of your hard drive, it will write a clean boot record for you.

It will completely wipe the drive; anything that was on it will no longer be accessible. After you're done you can start installing your operating systems again.

Boot up to a dos prompt (ie. Win98 boot diskette) and run the program.

If you have a bootable dos disk with fdisk try fdisk /mbr. I think this fixes the lilo or grub thing.
