Help to determine the motherboard model ???

hi all
i have an old mobo with MMX 233 processor with 32 mb ram
want to determine the motherboard model to Update bios and try to overclock the processor
all i have about that old mobo is the number 35-8333-04 written on it
also the award bios and intel chipset
Can anyone help me to do bios update nd do my first overclocking test on it

The POST screen may reveal the motherboard model. Otherwise, I would guess the only other way is to visually match the motherboard to a corresponding photo on the net.

Do you know who the motherboard manufacturer is?
