On a more serious note, Break beats you joined this forum 2 days ago, primarily to sell your board I believe(as you have not posted anything else of great worth) thus taking advantage of a target audience to advertise your wares! BP6.com does not charge for this service as we are a group of enthusiasts dedicated to offering advice and help for free! If you feel it necessary to persist with this nonsense then I am sure the users of this forum would love to send you an invoice equal to what ever you would charge JohnA for the use of your picture!

i could care less who's picture it really is

if you want.. I can take a freaking picture of MINE and give it to johnA i don't care

it's a freaking picture.. no one is making money OFF of the picture.. they are making money off the hardware associated with the picture.. therefore... if i am correct.... you cannot charge him anything.. as he is not selling or making any kind of money off of the picture itself

THEREFORE.. you have ABSOLUTELY NO legal recourse.

God I would be faltered if some one chose a picture of my BP6 to try to sell theirs.
Lighten up, it a picture. Yeah maybe John could have asked first, but then maybe you could have asked him to stop using in a better way.

Was it just the picture, or was he accused of stealing the bandwidth? If its just the picture who gives a rats arse? If bandwidth I see his point.

Hope you are able to sell this despite all the thread crappage.

On an off note, I'm not used to seeing linked ebay auctions in forum for sale threads. Is it ok if I do this Derek? Within reason of course, computer items only.

JohnA, you cannot use PIIIs on the BP6 using Powerleap adaptors without doing some other soldering mods. Just thought I should point that out incase any successful bidder complains.

This was a real bone of contention a few years back. I know you can run one PIII without mods, but I've never heard of two in SMP. Powerleap's site seems to confirm this too.
