2 celly 300A's to 495 (110Mhz fsb)

but this is running stable for over more then a year
What happens if you run at normal speeds? You may be experiencing the known capacitor problem that affects many BP6 mainboards.

The HPT366 ports are by no means "fast". Use the RAID controller and save yourself the headaches!

Keep an eye on the bulging capacitor as it could fail later on down the road.

Hey, I would be tired of installing any OS eight times in a week on the same computer :P

Hi,

just installed my BP6 with Windows Server 2003. I used bios 1.28 and driver 1.28 and that works fine here.

My idea:

Take all HD's out and only connect the drive on the HPT controller.
Underclock (?) your computer.. okay.. just put it on normal speed. It eliminates overclock locks.

Make sure you are running Bios 1.28 and have the driver 1.28 ready. Must be fine.

If that is working we have to find the problem somewhere else.

Running your computer overclocked for a year is okay.. but it can always screw up one day... hey... it IS a computer made by man...

Cheers,

Christian
