Need Celeron 700 bios settings for softmenu

I started having lockups in win 2000. I reformated thinking it was a virus... nope still hangs. I removed all the cards , changed out the video, still hangs, I went into the bios and set defaults... that was a mistake. Now the cpu is unrecognised. I went to abit looking for the bios settings for this processor but they no longer support the motherboard. Can anyone in here help?
