Ntldr is the small program that tells your computer how to load win2k. If it can't be found then it is likely that your computer is set up to boot from a different drive.

First off, if you are really desperate to get your computer working then unplug the HD you've got win2k installed on from the highpoint controller (the blue IDE plugs) and plug it into one of the normal (beige coloured) controllers. Make sure in your BIOS (hold down del when starting up) that the boot sequence is set to a:, c:, ext; and that ext means HPT366. If your original installation is still on your hard drive & useable then it should find it & boot.

Did you stick the 4.3 GB HD on the same cable as the original? If so did you make sure you set the jumpers correctly?

Did you make sure you pressed F6 in the first setup screen to load the drivers for the highpoint controller when trying to reinstall 2k?
