Silly System Commander problem

Post by level23 »

Hi there all,

Look, just wondering if anyone has any idea about this strange problem.

Have used System Commander 7 for quite a while and had no probs, until recently.
To be honest can't remember which new install of what linux distro may have brought this about, BUT,..all of a sudden, no matter which linux distro I leave to reboot,..I CANNOT immediately then boot to another linux distro.

I have to select WinXP to boot, them immediately hit the reset switch and when we get back to System Commander I CAN choose whichever other OS or linux distro to boot successfylly.

Have since updated to System Commander 8, with absolutely No change to the above scenario!

Quite annoying really.

Have never had this problem before, and have had many and varied distros, living and booting happily previously.

Any ideas or suggestions most gratefully accepted.
