The Procedure:

:arrow: First go to the control panel and double click Add or Remove Programs.

:arrow: Once the window pops up and finishes loading there will be four buttons in the left column: Change or Remove programs, Add New Programs, Add/Remove Windows Components, and Set Program Access and Defaults.

:arrow: Click Add/Remove Windows Components. Windows will scan your computer and open up another window titled: Windows Components Wizard.

:arrow: Scroll through the list and remove (or add) what you’d like to Windows! :)

that doesnt actually remove the apps, it just hides them, MS plot to keep them on your system :P

Removed, or hidden; as long as they never disturb me again. :)
