Looking for good system diagnostics programs

Im not real fimilar with any system diagnostic programs out there, looking for a bit of help from the bp6 members for this kinda stuff =D

Like a program that actually can run vidoe tests, and see if the board is actually screwing up or what......

I downloaded both sandra and pccheck, pc check isnt doing, even me booing @ it, and is there a password for the "encryped file" to extract sandra?
