take your front side bus speed and divide it by that fraction and thats what the other things (like pci slots will run at). so its best to try and get it close to 33mhz as thats what they are most happiest at.

You're PCI bus in particular you want to be as close as possible to 33MHz else you could have problems with some of your cards.

The AGP clock you should probably leave on 1/1 if at all possible, then if you start getting BSOD's stating issues with the graphics driver, or other problems that appear to be vid card related, drop it to 2/3 & see if it improves matters.
