aperture size set to the maximum. though I hope you have enough RAM
spread spectrum is only for Electromagnetic Interference between the components, if it exists. enabling it to 0.25 or 0.50 will change that your BIOS will report incorectly your CPU speed depending on FSB. though it helped me a bit with GF2MX issue setting it to 0.50
