im still around to, my bp6 is sitting in a bag at the moment..... gotta either run it caseless or buy a case to get it back up and im no to keen on running it caseless with the enviorment im currently in.

hummm might be a bp6 thing, though mine only reports speed from 1 fan header. though if one isnt hooked up to the second one i get a bois warning on boot and my thrid header is just shot out completely.

been reading up on that to, though the rumors about this (Intel's upcoming Nehalem processors are likely to have up to eight cores.) is more like a quad with HT {4 virtual cores} still though gonna be alot of processing power coming out in the next year or so. right by reading the PDF from the manufactuer website, the riser card plugs into one slot and has leads for 2 other slots. also read that you can get a 3x PCI or 1x agp/2x PCI version.

ok small update to thsi long drawn out project of mine {time is hard to get for this}. got a Antec 900 case for my system today and installed the current setup. this case droped my system/hdd temp by about 5~7C {idle and loaded}. also got 2 60mm to 80mm adapters to run 2 TT 80mm smartfans on the Glo...

i payed for windows once and even then it wasn't for me but for a customer. but i dont use the WGA cracks that are out i just know people with corporate licenses and well i wont go into it much but my copy i dont have to babysit.

but this project is now put on hold, my main machine decided it was time to burn its self down. 3.0Ghz Cedar Mill and an Intel D945GCL mobo gone. Everything else seems to survive so thats a plus i guess but still a bummer.

just got an OEM Seagate 160GB in one partion on the HPT366 using maxtors maxblast 5 program while connected to HPT366. im thinking it changes the reporting size. but im just guessing there. im going to fill it up later to test if it can hold the full 160 {149 reported by windows, i hate that}.

cool glad i could help a bit Klik, i have one 80mm TT SF on my 3.0GHz and just the fan droped my load temps 10C so they are a beast.
