yea last night right when i hit post, the whole site stopped responding to me (in other browser windows)

and i'm not incompetent! lol

yeah, none of the slots work with this card (but they do with other cards!)

PCI video card didn't help either.

i'll make sure that i do all 5 slots right now, it was like 4AM when i was working on this heh...

the card is a TV capture & FM radio card... hardware MPEG-2 encoding.

when i first started trying, the bios was at version QQ. i upgraded it last night to RU, so that cleared out the bios settings.
