Hmmm... I thought this was settled sometime, ago. Holodeck2 is the only one I can remember getting to 133 Mhz. If it was possible for Holodeck2 to do this, one would think that others would have accomplished similiar results. I think Yiochiro's work with the BP6 shows the limits of this mainboard. ...

Same here.

Win2KPro and UNIX are best for SMP! XP is just Win2KPro with a pretty face on it and more features you don't need. Stupid MS marketing. :?

Get a good 450W power supply. It may be more than want you need right now, but if you add more to your system, you'll have the extra power.

If you have two 400 Mhz Celerons running at 550 Mhz (92 Mhz FSB), you are very lucky. I don't think my old 400 Celerons would go passed 83 Mhz FSB.

I have 2-366's running at 110 Mhz. Two Golden Orbs and two 80mm's "focused" on the RT3 area of the mainboard. Granted, the BP6 locks up randomly (maybe once a day, average) but I have not changed the EC10 capacitor, yet! :P

The BP6 will handle 3-256 (32Mx64) MB DIMM's. The 32Mx64 part, may be the problem. What is your AMxB configuration?

Nice to see the BP6 handling all those devices. Which BIOS revision are you using?

Try running your system in a mimimal configuration. 2 CPU's with one stick of RAM, video card and one hard drive. If this works, you may be looking at a power problem (may need more watts) or one of the components that is not in the system is causing the problem.

Price for a VP6

Is $139 (US) a good price for a VP6 mainboard.
