New board..... new problems.......

a few days ago i got 2 dead mobos from a freind. i salvaged some parts off them and ordered a new mobo for the processor , AMD athlon XP 1800+ {socket A/462}, the mobo i got was/is a PCCHIPS M848a v5.0. wel the thing will power up but wont post or give video {tested with my geforce4 agp and roommate...

it ran in the task manager under processes. exact diretory is C:\windows\system32\sys\


its just funny it would be taking screenshot of my desktop {including screensavers}

i found this hiding in my system32 folder by accident {mcafee firewall blocked it} and the folder it was in was hidden from windows{system32\sys}, but it turns out to be taking screenshots of my desktop every few seconds. but i shreded it with 10 passes, but was wondering if anyone has heard or this...

dont remember how i came up with tenchimuyo93 but have been using it for years now.

as for the 92fsb it will be cpu intensive so if it works i should be happy.

lapped and artic silvered cpus.
artic silvered and blower fan {8k rpm cant remember cfm} on Greenie.

ok just got a stable OC of 558MHz at 86fsb {2.10v}. im guessing it just want to get used to the speed slowly????????.

got a veiw of my case and ill post the board pics tomorrow.

nothing more to the over clock, but i lapped the processors, and added active cooling to the "Greenie" {used a blower fan from my video cooler that i never turned on} ill take some pics of it later. this is what the blower fan looks like http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h75/TENCHIMUYO93/a1899a.jpg

new termal grease helped the temps a good deal. now they both run the same temp {+-1c}.

while i had the case open i went ahead and greased the greenie {now that i know what it is}.
