Hold down "INSERT" while booting and/or reset the CMOS via the jumper and see what happens.

Hi!

Put the bios chip from the working one into the no video mobo. If it works then you know your bios is damaged. You can do a hotflash with one mobo to get both chips working.

dude, have you tried a CPU swap?

you may have a dead CPU

Yes hotflashing is when you boot up a running system and then put a damaged bios chip in to flash it. Did you tried the good bios in the dead board ???

Sounds very much like the dead board I have at home. It turned out after a lot of close inspection that one of the components on the board was damaged. Now it is a nice display item in my computer room.
