Hi, tigit! Welcome to BP6.com!tigit wrote:this is my first time with a duel processer board and was wondering if when xp is loaded or win 98 se does the system information tab in these two os show as two processers or just one ?
Win98SE will NOT "see" two processors. The OS is not capable. In XP, go into Contorl Panel, open Administrative Tools, open Computer Management, click on the plus sign for System Information and then click on System Summary. You should see two processors in the list.
