Aside from the cache size - the P-IIIs that work in the BP6 have a voltage spec of 1.75Volts. Tualatins are 1.45Volts (or less).

Are the 1.6Volt CPUs FCPGA2s? .13 micron? 133MHz? I'm not sure about them not working on the BP6 - not tried by me.

Yes you can use the FCPGA+NEO 133MHz FSB P-III chips if rated 1.75V.
But, do you want the result of UnderClocking them @100/133 or 110/133?
I think not! If the BP6 could reach just 124MHz you would not loose so much. But, ... not so likely.
Since the internal multipliers of P-III chips are locked, the 133MHz ones just don't make much sense, unless they come free.

I don't believe the E-Bay add has the correct spec on the voltage
