System Temps

Thats a bad sign.....feelium wrote: One thing to note.. there are 8 capacitors (4 on each side of RT3) that

'contamination-looking' stuff at the bulged end. Does this mean they're
dead? Could these be the reason for the temp readings? Would their
death mean I'd get falsely high readings?

Bulging, discolored and oozing voltage regulator capacitors could be causing the high system temperature. There is a known problem with motherboard capacitors.

You may want to consider replacing the voltage regulator capacitors.
