Benchmark question

Postby kylewo0 » Mon Feb 10, 2003 10:43 pm

I ran my benchmark, using 3D Mark SE 2001. My scores seem to fluctuate.
at one benchamark the score was say around 3156. The next, after the first was 3136. Is this normal.. im still testing. Ive been running these two celrons at 550 ( 466's) for a while now with not to much interuption.
Any suggestions why this may vary... Also any tips on how to get this bp6 running higher scores smooothly,?
Im using the new detornator patch for win2000 but havnt bench'ed it with the graphics card clock freq.
thanks

In the Manual, page 3-15, the second setup is OS select for DRAM>64mb
im not understanding what exactly its saying, can anyOne clue me in,
Im running WIn2k and mine is set on non-OS2
Is there anything I need to change in bios if I add extra ram? or any small adjustments.
thanks

That setting is for the OS/2 operating system. If you add more RAM to your system, the BIOS will pick up the change automatically.
